It was just a prime choice for a quick trip in Hermosillo with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was really friendly and quick to respond to all my requests, made my stay really comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the early evening snacks on the Lucerna Select level.

A practical review for you
This hotel is my preferred choice for comfort and elegance. The beds are fantastic, and the bathrooms are thoughtfully designed. The staff is genuinely gracious. Although dining service can be inconsistent, the overall experience in the beautifully renovated rooms outweighs the drawbacks. I'll certainly return for my next stay!

Honestly, a heated pool would elevate the overall experience!!! The damaged furniture in the room was quite off-putting. It's also worth mentioning that the cobblestone streets nearby make it quite challenging to walk comfortably!!!
